Our Purpose
Our purpose is rooted in a clear understanding — education has the power to transform individuals, families, and entire communities when it is accessible, meaningful, and delivered with intent.
We recognized the growing gap between aspiration and access in education — where many children, despite their potential, lack exposure to quality learning environments, structured guidance, and holistic development. Challenges such as limited resources, unequal opportunities, and a narrow focus on rote learning continue to hold back true educational progress.
The Problem
India’s education system is one of the largest in the world, yet it struggles with deep-rooted inequalities in access, quality, and innovation, especially in developmentally challenged and disadvantaged regions. In states like Assam, these issues are even more pronounced due to geographical isolation, socio-economic disparities, and historical neglect in educational investment.
The secondary school dropout rate in Assam is 31.6%, more than double the national average.
In Assam, 31.6% of students drop out before completing secondary school (Grades 9–10), a rate that is more than twice the national average of around 12.6%. This means that nearly 1 in every 3 students in the state leaves school before finishing basic secondary education. The high dropout rate reflects deep systemic issues such as poverty, lack of access to nearby schools, poor quality of education, early marriage (especially among girls), and limited parental awareness. It also emphasizes the need to implement targeted, inclusive, and community-rooted educational interventions to keep children in school and ensure they succeed.
Less than 13% could recognize two-digit numbers, pointing to weak foundational literacy and numeracy.
According to the ASER 2023 report, in rural Assam, less than 13% of children in Grade 1 could recognize two-digit numbers (like 24 or 87). This percentage means that nearly 9 out of 10 young learners are struggling with basic number recognition, an essential skill for understanding math. Such low performance at the foundational level reflects serious gaps in early childhood education and classroom readiness.
Mejority of learners require 21st-century skills such as communication, emotional intelligence, digital skills, and critical thinking.
Our Solutions
At our organization, we believe that true educational transformation comes from solving the root causes of inequality, not just symptoms. Our model is built on three powerful pillars, as visualized below

Access to Learning Institutes
We begin by addressing the foundational challenge: limited access to quality education. Many children in rural and disadvantaged areas of Assam lack nearby, affordable, and inclusive schools. Through EuroKids Bongaigaon and Mousak Preschool, we provide early childhood education that is not only accessible but rooted in care, empathy, and holistic development. At the school-age level, Braintree International School offers CBSE-aligned, high-quality education right in the heart of underserved communities, ensuring children don’t have to leave their hometowns to pursue meaningful learning.
Culture of Innovation and Excellence
Our focus extends beyond merely providing access; we strive to revolutionize the delivery of education. Our institutions nurture a culture of innovation, where teachers use activity-based, experiential learning, modern tools, and inclusive practices to spark curiosity and creativity. Excellence is embedded in our curriculum, teacher training, leadership development, and school environment, ensuring students are not just taught but inspired.
